START: breath detection
Overview
There are two options, either a new breath detection analysis can be performed or a previous analysis can be reviewed and edited.Details
On this screen either a new breath detection analysis can be started or a previous one can chosen for reviewing and editing.
Select the file you want to analyze:
A source file of a respiratory measurement can be selected from the drop-down list. Afterwards the analysis is started by clicking Start.
Reload list:
This button reloads the available files.
Start:
This button directs to the specification of regions of interest ("1. Specify regions of interest (optional) in the raw file").
Edit previous analysis:
Results of a previous breath detection analysis can be chosen from the drop-down list. These results can be reviewed by clicking Edit. This leads directly to step 6 ("6. Check and correct the automatic insp and exp detection"), where the detected breaths can be reviewed and edited.

Exit:
This button closes the Start app.
